Terms of Service

By accessing or using A1C Calculator Pro ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this Service.

The Service is intended for use by healthcare professionals and individuals seeking health information. Users must be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent to use the Service.

Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read or calculated using this Service.

The calculations provided are based on published formulas and guidelines but may not be appropriate for all patients. Clinical judgment should always be used when interpreting results.

Permission is granted to temporarily access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes or for legitimate healthcare practice purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose without written permission
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in the Service
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by A1C Calculator Pro at any time.

If you are a healthcare professional using this Service in your practice:

• You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for clinical decisions
• You will verify all calculations and results independently
• You will maintain appropriate professional liability insurance
• You will comply with all applicable healthcare regulations and standards
• You will not rely solely on this Service for patient care decisions

Enterprise accounts and EMR integrations are subject to additional terms outlined in separate Business Associate Agreements (BAA) and Service Level Agreements (SLA).

Your use of our Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Site and informs users of our data collection practices.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and maintaining the confidentiality of any health information processed through our Service. We comply with:

• HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act)
• GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation)
• CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act)
• Other applicable data protection regulations

The materials and calculations provided by the Service are based on published medical literature, clinical guidelines, and validated formulas. However:

• We do not warrant that calculations will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Medical knowledge and guidelines may change over time
• Individual patient factors may affect the applicability of calculations
• Technical errors or bugs may occasionally occur

A1C Calculator Pro does not make any warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or limitations of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless A1C Calculator Pro and its subsidiaries, agents, licensors, managers, and other affiliated companies, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of and access to the Service
• Your violation of any term of these Terms of Service
• Your violation of any third party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right
• Any claim that your use of the Service caused damage to a third party

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of A1C Calculator Pro and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

Medical formulas and calculations used in the Service are based on published scientific literature and are not proprietary to A1C Calculator Pro. However, the implementation, presentation, and integration of these calculations are protected intellectual property.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
